In late October, the drawing skills competition sponsored by the company's trade union and hosted by the research and development department branch kicked off the company's job skills competition. a total of 26 technicians from the research and development department, the business department and the production management department participated in the competition.
The drawing competition of the research and development department, which started at 14:00 p.m. on October 29, pushed the competition to a climax. After receiving the instruction to start the competition, the participating technicians began to enter the drawing page, stare closely at the screen and focus on the operation. The first technician to complete and raise his hand only took 10 minutes. Subsequently, technicians successively completed the drawing and raised his hand to indicate. The recording personnel recorded the duration respectively. After all the drawings were completed, the judges judged the ranking according to the accuracy and duration of the drawing, the former is rewarded by the trade union.
