The screw type brine/ethanol/alkaline water unit is widely used in various fields of industrial refrigeration to meet various process needs.

The screw type brine/ethanol/alkaline water unit provides a low temperature cold source below 3 ℃, and the outlet temperature can reach -35 ℃.

According to user needs or process needs, the coolant can be brine (sodium chloride or calcium chloride solution), ethanol (alcohol) or ethylene glycol aqueous solution, alkaline water (sodium hydroxide) solution, etc.

The screw type brine/ethanol/alkaline water unit is mainly composed of screw type refrigeration compressor unit, condenser, evaporator and necessary control equipment. The inlet and outlet of cooling water and refrigerant are equipped with mating flanges (except threaded interfaces) to facilitate the connection of user systems.

All units leave the factory in the form of skids. When leaving the factory, all pipelines have been connected and tested. Users can use them as long as they are equipped with cooling water system, refrigerant carrier system and connected electrical system and add appropriate amount of refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil.

Cooling water inlet temperature: 20~32 ℃

Scope of application of refrigerant carrier (subject to the outlet temperature of refrigerant carrier):

Aqueous saline solution: sodium chloride aqueous solution is suitable for 3 ~-15 ℃, calcium chloride aqueous solution is suitable for 3 ~-35 ℃.

Ethylene glycol solution: ethanol and ethylene glycol aqueous solution are suitable for 3 ~-20 ℃, lower temperature requires ethylene glycol, ethanol, water ternary mixed solution, the ratio is 4:2:4.

Mass concentration of coolant (brine, ethylene glycol, etc.): it shall be determined according to the solidification temperature lower than the required outlet temperature of coolant by 7~10 ℃.

Voltage deviation: ± 5%
