Summary Introduction

The propane pre-cooling mixed refrigerant liquefaction process (C3/MRC) absorbs the advantages of the cascade liquefaction process on the basis of the mixed refrigerant liquefaction process, and the process is efficient and simple. In the propane pre-cooling cycle, propane passes through a heat exchanger to provide cooling for natural gas and mixed refrigerant. Propane is compressed by the compressor to high temperature and high pressure, cooled by cooling water, then flows through the throttle valve to reduce temperature and pressure, and returns to the heat exchanger to provide cooling capacity for natural gas and mixed refrigerant. Theoretically, the composition ratio of the mixed refrigerant should vary according to the composition and pressure of the feed gas.

In the propane pre-cooling cycle, propane passes through a heat exchanger to provide cooling for natural gas and mixed refrigerant. The process of propane pre-cooling mixed refrigerant cycle liquefied natural gas produced by our company mainly consists of two closed refrigeration cycles, namely propane compression refrigeration cycle (for pre-cooling mixed refrigerant and natural gas) and mixed refrigerant (for condensing and sub-cooling natural gas).
This process is a mature MRC liquefaction cycle with high cycle efficiency; it retains the characteristics of the MRC process; the feed gas has strong adaptability; segmented cooling, high refrigeration efficiency.
The unit can reach liquefied gas volume: 0.5~300000 nm/d;
Intake pressure: 0.05~2.0MPa;
Exhaust pressure: 2.0~4.2MPa;
Motor power: 55 ~ 2000kW;
Flow regulation: 10~100% stepless regulation;
Optional internal volume ratio: 2.5~5.0 stepless adjustment.
