Notice on 7S Rectification of Office Site and Production Site before National Day

All colleagues of the company:
The National Day holiday is approaching. In order to create a clean, hygienic and civilized working environment for everyone, 7S rectification of the whole factory office site and production site will be carried out before the holiday. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. schedule
September 24, 2020 (site cleaning can be carried out when production tasks are not busy)-September 30
2. inspection time:
The Business Promotion Department and the Production Safety Department will jointly inspect the quality management department and require the departments and individuals that fail to meet the standards to make rectification.
The first round of inspection: 13: 00 p.m. on September 29 (rectification requirements for areas that have not been rectified)
The second round of inspection: 13: 00 p.m. on September 30 (if the rectification is not completed before leaving work, it is necessary to work overtime to complete the rectification and report it at the company's regular business meeting)
3. cleaning range
Health area and responsibility area of each department (including office site, production site and external environment)
4. Hygienic Standard
Office site:
1, the ground without garbage, dirt, cigarette butts, dust, etc;
2. The window glass is bright and clean, without marks, the window sill is free of dirt and dirt, and the corner is free of spider webs;
3, desktop, file cabinet, equipment and other facilities without dirt, no debris, no dust;
4. Articles on all employees' desks shall be placed neatly, and articles unrelated to office shall not be placed;
5. Items, books, documents, etc. in the filing cabinet are placed neatly;
6. After work, the chairs and computer mainframe shall be neatly placed under the table and shall not be placed in disorder;
7. All employees must clean up the garbage;
8. All departments should close the windows and doors after work, check the plug-in, power supply and air conditioning to ensure public financial safety.
Production site:
1. Each department and each workshop section/team shall clean and wipe the dust on all crane climbing ladders and beams, cable trays, various pipes, walls, corners and other high places on the production site. It is required to remove dust from high places with a wet mop or other method of reducing dust.
2. The products, equipment, ground, tooling, fixtures, working pedals, rubber pads, etc. in the production operation area shall be cleaned, cleaned and wiped clean, with complete identification, neat and orderly arrangement.
3. The inside and outside of the tool cabinet, the work station appliance rack, the transfer rack, the parts storage rack, the tool trolley, the hydraulic truck, the visual board, etc. shall be sorted, cleaned and wiped, and shall be cleaned, marked and placed in the designated area. It is emphasized that the items in the tool cabinet should be reorganized and placed according to the specification requirements;
4, toilet, pantry, toilet, pool, windows, doors, walls, corners, etc. wipe clean, remove black marks;
5, the operator should strictly abide by the safety operation procedures, illegal operation is strictly prohibited. When doing 7S work, leaders of various departments must go to the site and prepare the required resources in place, and at the same time, safety training should be given to employees in advance.
5. Other
If each department needs cleaning tools (mops, brooms, etc.), it shall submit the requirements to the production safety department before 12 noon on September 24 for unified purchase.
6., all departments are requested to attach great importance to it. Party members and cadres will take the lead and organize their employees to earnestly complete the 7S rectification work of the whole factory!
