The water vapor compressor unit is mainly composed of a compression system, a water spray cooling system and a lubrication system. The compression system is mainly composed of a twin-screw steam compressor and its related steam pipeline valves. A pair of spiral male and female rotors meshing with each other in the cylinder rotate in opposite directions to complete a complete suction-compression-exhaust process to achieve the purpose of improving steam temperature and pressure. The water spray cooling system is a specially designed nozzle installed on the steam pipeline to convert as much water mist as possible into flowing steam, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of the unit; the lubrication system includes oil tanks, oil coolers, oil filters and oil pumps, etc., which are responsible for the lubrication, sealing and cooling of the unit.
